Welcome to SendNext.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use SendNext.

1. Overview

SendNext provides automation tools that interact with Instagram's API to help creators manage comments, playlists, and automatic direct messages.
We do not provide or sell Instagram accounts, nor do we authenticate users through Instagram — all authentication is done through third-party OAuth providers (Google, Facebook, etc.).

2. Account Registration

To use SendNext, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid Business or Creator Instagram account connected via Meta's API.
Comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Meta’s Platform Policies.

3. Subscription & Payment

SendNext offers monthly subscriptions, with the possibility of yearly plans in the future.
All subscriptions begin with a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen payment method will be charged automatically.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you no longer wish to use the service.
We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use SendNext for spam, harassment, or illegal activity.
Violate Instagram’s or Meta’s API usage rules.
Circumvent our system limits or abuse the service in any way.

5. Data Usage & Privacy

Your use of SendNext is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store, and process your information.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Service interruptions may occur due to:

Changes to Instagram’s API.
Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.
Technical issues outside of our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

SendNext is not liable for any losses, account restrictions, suspensions, or damages resulting from your use of the service.
All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if:

You violate these Terms.
Your use poses a security risk, causes harm, or disrupts our service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform before they take effect.
